Spring + Mary

Introducing a mixed-use project in Port Moody, British Columbia - a six-story building with a total area of 18,700 sqft. The structure is a combination of commercial and residential spaces that cater to the needs of the local community. The ground floor is designed to accommodate various businesses and public spaces that foster social interaction, while the upper floors offer a range of residential units from one to three bedrooms. The building boasts warm and inviting interiors, with natural materials and comfortable furnishings that create a welcoming ambiance. Residents can take advantage of the communal rooftop terrace and fitness center. This new development stands as a testament to the seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics in modern architecture. We are honored to have been part of this project.
