Corlett Condos

The site is located in Gibsons, BC, a former fishing town located 50 km Northwest of Vancouver. Despite technically being on mainland British Columbia, Gibsons is only accessible via ferry. Gibsons is built at the base of Mount Elphinstone - an 1,100m peak that overlooks Howe Sound and Keats island - and as such, has significant grade change between the historic town centre/ferry terminal (Lower Gibsons) and the new commercial centre (Upper Gibsons).
